brakes squeal/scrape in reverse?

right i have loads left on my brake pads but when the car is in reverse they squeal and scrape - sometimes even when the brakes arn't on!

ne ideas?

a lot of pads do this,

have you got track pads on?

possibly they have been fitted without the shims then.

yer ive got same problem and ive got new pads and discs all round, just the characteristics of pads im affraid

take the pads out, and put some copper grease on the back of the pads, and clean up the area, where the pads slide. should cure it

myne were all greased up like a virgins v***ina and still do it
