40,000k

any one tell me what the 36k service should have been....i brought the car at 32k and the dearler said they done a service on it...would that be the 36k

what does the service book say?

36k is detailed in the book but is the 12k interval plus the AUX belt and some other bobbins. how old is car as cambelt is also due after 72k/5yr and it may be as well to do it at same time as AUX

the 36 k service includes aux belt

you need to find out what was done when you bought it, service book/records???

if aux belt hasnt been done it needs doing asap
i would reccomend the aux belt kit (comes with new tentioner etc)

Depends

I paid £300 inc. the belt and tensioner and full service

At Yozzasport.

Try giving Birchdown a go, too

so can i just get this right....herny says i might as well get the Aux belt done with the cambelt change 72k or 5 years...hutch says Aux belt is 36k....whens the Aux due to be done 36k or 72k??????

40000k? Blimey, thats a lot of miles.

Lets see, 12k service interval, 40000k miles done. Thats 3333 Service intervals and 4000 miles done, so you next service is at 40008k miles (40008000 miles in whole figures)

:rasp::rasp:

What? I'm bored :D

AUX is due at 36k/5years, cambelt at 72k/5years

only suggested thinking about the cambelt as the AUX belt has to come off to fit it - if you're anywhere near the cambelt interval, may as well bite the bullet and have both done at the same time

going to be best to shop around your local indie specialists - there are a few round yours
