I have had 2 ph1 172's before but am not sure what to look out for with the phase 2's

That looks like its been in an accident! it has no xenon headlights and you can tell the front bumper has been painted as they ve painted over or not put the black sticker part back in where the gap is above the number plate. Id get it hpi'd first!

as wallnuts said. its a f**king turd been smashed up and fixed on the cheap. i would give £300-£400 max for it.

No if its been crashed then a backstreet garage would repair it with normal headlights because there way cheaper than xenons.
