cambelt prices 172

just wandering how much you guys pay for a cambelt kit fitted on your 172s..i know a renault specialist who is very good with clios.. he's just done my cambelt, cost £230 fully fitted on my 1.4 16v ph1. And i said i'd try and pass some work his way. obviously it will be more on the 172. He's located in Watford. Cheers.

I paid 330 to have supplied and fitted: cambelt and aux belt done, new oil, new plugs.

Was an ex Renault mechanic that did it at a garage local to me. Renault would have wanted about 800 to do the same!!

I had mine done at Renault for £397 all in inc aux belt, just bargain them down!

I've been quoted £150 labour to do the aux and timing belt kits - is this good or just average?
