suspension cup pack ????

Hi, i'm thinking of going to see this car on the weekend, i know it hasnt got the cup spoiler and there's no splitter on it but could someone tell me from this picture if this looks like the right height for the cup suspension pack, i've emailed the guy and he said the wheels were anthracite before being sprayed

the difference between cup ride height and non-cup ride height is like 3mm or something so you aint going to tell from a pic mate.

I'd say it's likely it does not have them, as not many had just one of the 2 cup packs.

didnt realise it was only 3mm lol thought it'd be about 15-20mm
