Connecting Stalk to standard radio?

Ok so i bought a 172 cup this week, and the previous owner must have changed the headunit and then put the standard one back in to sell it....and not connected the stalk back up!

I have pulled the radio out and found the lead connected to an autoleads box thing....

But i cant see any of the plugs fitting into the back of the radio...

Am i missing some adapter that comes with the car as standard or something??

oh, so whats the Autoleads multistalk adapter? and any guesses why the stalk doesnt work?

its for an aftermarket one,you need to remove dash as ive explained

No idea what its for, i bought the car with standard radio, but they must have had something else in there
