Hows everyone finding their 3gs battery life?

Mine seems to be far worse than my previous 3g and 2g.


How does this compare to yours?

The usage is only browse the web and check email which it collects every hour.

Phones fully charges and taken off charge at 5.15am, when i get up for work....Wifis on all day but not connected to a network until i get home at 3pm


What do you think?..Im unsure on whether its faulty or not:S

Between 4-5 hours is fairly standard especially with 17.5 hours standby.

Mine lasts all day, mind you I don't spend hours sending pictures to random people in the hope I get some foof back.

i have a unlimited text bolt-on. if it was put on in error theres no guarantee they will honour it.
phone rage will ensue tonight i feel.

for those who are interested, i just phoned 02 (202,1,0) and spoke to a very helpful 'becky' (sounded fit as!!!!!....anyway, i digress).
i explained the situation,

"i upgraded to 02 35 on iPhone on release day instore, and opted for the unlimited text bolt on for £7.34 per month and someone mentioned to me yesterday that that bolt on doesnt actually exist??? so im phoning for some clarity, as i have a signed contract infront of me to say it is on my tariff?"

she said that it is something that was taken off the online sales screens on release day, so they could not allow it to go through, but the stores were allowed to, so if it is on your contract you will have the bolt on until you tell us otherwise or if not, for the 18 months.

i thanked her very much for all her help, indicated she was inface a legend, and then did a little dance as i hung up.

Ive just installed navigon GPS... looks like a really nice piece of software but waiting on my car windscreen cradle before i can use it... Gnna give tomtom a try when its out too.

I want more people to test it first once the the jailbreak has been released!

Actually scrap that, could be months.

The iSkin Solo is a very good fit, not sure I like the phone in red though but I may get used to it.

that looks as if it has a "tacky/sticky" feel to it i.e. it will just pick up dust.........

It's definitely not a big case It has a rubber outer shell which has a non slip feel to it but is still glossy, it does show all fingerprints etc though. Dust wipes straight off of the case, it does not stick.

It does come with a screen protector but I already have a anti-glare protector fitted on my 3GS.

still think the Incipio Feather is for me, just like the colours and simple look to it.
