How much do these lower a non-cupped 182?
Also what would I expect to pay labour hour-wise from a local garage to have these fitted?

They are dead easy to fit, bout 40 mins. No special tools needed.

Dont you need a spring compressor or something? I can fit a panel filter and bulbs thats about it lol!

yeah you'll need some spring compressors to disassemble the front shocks and put the new springs on.
edit: how do you do the fronts without?!


for the rear i just put a jack under the rear beam so it held everything together when the shocks came off. (car on axle stands) dunno if that was safe but seemed ok to me.

Renault Blackpool are charging me £90 to fit new dampers and Prolines all round on Monday, good price i thought seen as im not a mechanic and dont have any tools, so ill leave it to them.
