Cars coming up to 5 years old, what needs doing.

Cars 5 years old, nearly 30k and nearly due it's 3rd service.
So needs.

1) Cambelt + Aux kits
2) Coolant?
3) Brake Fluid?
4) Normal service.

Anything else?

As above might be worth sticking an air con deodouriser (sp) in and getting it regassed, I would bank on them finding some advisories on the service though so save some cash for those.
