Gearbox

When I take the revs quite high in 1st gear then change quickly in to 2nd, I sometimes get a slight crunch, nothing major but I can feel it through the gear stick. Would replacing the mount in the dogbone mount to an uprated mount make a difference?

Like I say it's nothing really bad and it's not me mistiming my clutch lol

mileage? clutch could be on its way, mount may improve it. Give it a go, only 35 for powerflex jobby bushes

Changing quickly with a 1*2 gearbox! Asking for trouble.

It's on 46k. Clutch seems to be fine to be honest, no slipping etc, only thing I really get clutch wise is the infamous creaking after a spirited drive which I believe is down to the cable.

Yeah I'll be uprating the engine/gearbox mounts eventually so I may as well do it sooner rather than later.

mines on 44k and sounds about the same on a quick gear change to be honest. My dgbone is on its way though . .

not looked at it to be honest. Just more play in engine tilt when normal when booting it. You can feel it
