Road Legal Cup Racer

  172 cup
Depends on whether or not it has chassis numbers or not. I know the 5 gtt cups never had any unless they had been reshelled. If you're lucky enough to have them it's not too bad but without it's a losing battle against the dvla as they won't issue you with a registration as the car has no id marks

I do believe my roll cage has a number on it, will that do.....:S

The chassis number consists of 17 letter and numbers, normally they're either stamped by the manufacturer, or if not the dvla will issue with one.

I wouldn't imagine getting the cup racer on the road and legal would be any harder than taking any other car through the IVA test, bare in mind though that the iva test now costs around £500 on top of that once you've passed you'll need to pay the vehichle 1st registartion fee and also for the tax.

There is another way but that's not the kind of thing to put up on a forum ;)
