Matty N how longs it take 4 your plate 2 go on your car cos i just bought another car and im waitin 4 my plate 2 go on it

I must admit, I was tempted to let the dealer sort the transfer of my plate but didn't want to risk leaving it in their hands. I've stuck it on retention and i'll probabably put it on the car some time in Feb.

It all depends on the stealer buddy. If you do it yourself at your local DVLA office it can be instant though!

Mine has taken 4 weeks with the stealer doing it on my behalf.
