Buying Alloys In Birmingham

Hi all,

Im looking at buying my first set of nice alloys for my little clio mk2. I was just wondering if anyone knew on any places in birmingham where i can get a nice set from. Also i have been reading about the PCD, Offset and Bore?!?! So confusing! I thought i could go into an alloy shop say i want set of 16" alloys and bish bash bosh but im geussing im not right?
