"Navy" N17 TWO
KTR Coilovers & top-mounts ~ Before, After and Driven pics
I bought the KTR coilovers on the package deal before Christmas along with their very own top-mounts
Took a few "before" pics before I went and put this kit on the car
(Standard shocks and Eibach Sportline springs)
Managed to get a day off work so I met up with Cro-Clio off here and we went ahead to fit them
- oh what fun that was to find out I had 2 shocks gone on the N/S
A few fitting pics
Don't let the chavs see this, they'll be putting LED's in their top-mounts next!
We also fitted a pair of KTR rear brake discs, - one of the old ones was a ballache to remove, even after trying the angle grinder lol
Back on 4 feet then a 60 mile "squeaky" drive home + a phone-call to Sean at K-Tec = EPIC FAIL
Got the height right with a few tweaks on the front struts and straightened up the toe as best I could until the tracking was done properly.
Time for a clay bar and a Karcher to get rid of the angle-grinder aftermath!
Took the front down another few notchesto try keep the nose-down stance and got my tracking set up, went for a test-drive and holy Moses - love it!
I hope yee like
