burning brakes

had a burning smell coming from around my driver side arch..
it smells like burning plastic... i was told to check my brakes..

i think this is what is causing it?
what could be wrong?

carrier bag on exhaust, inner arch come loose and rubbed on tyre etc. Could be many things.

Get the wheel off and have a look.

Take caliper off, strip, grease, put back together.

Or if you don't want to do it, pay a garage 1 hours labour and they'll do both sides.

Check it by jacking it up and trying to turn the wheel. If it doesn't move freely, its a sticky caliper.

Sticking caliper is very easy to fix yourself unless it's well and truely seized mate. Copper grease and you're away.
