A trip to Weston-Super-Mere and a sneaky trip to the Chedder Gorge.

5 of us met up today to head down to W-S-M. Parked up late afternoon and went into the Pier for some LOLs. Some really funky karting, dodgems, could have scored some chick, F1 simulator, cider being asked if we can score some pills and finally a chance for me to try my camera skillz using a tripod in the dark.

Here are some crappy shots I took before we went to the pier. No tripod and a slopped road, made s**t photos.

Sorry Paul, your Inferno didn't come out well

So by the time we got back to the cars it was dark and there was some lighting. Slow shutter speed on and away we go. Seems to have made it look like daylight but considering it's the first attempt with a tripod in the dark, I think I am the right side of the line (at least it's not dark).

Then I gave taking a picture of the Pier ago as it's all lit up with neons.

Then 4 of us went up to Chedder and parked the cars up in the car park. This was slightly harder as there was no light. SO I used some sidelight and fog light action to light the cars and it did the trick to be honest.

All in all, a good day out and I think now that the spring / summer is coming, there will be lots more of these meets.

Have a look at the white balance correction that dan did in the photography section. Will help out massively if you have photoshop.

Didnt get any pics, she was the ride attendant for the fun house was awesome. Paul got a pic of will going head over heels in the spinning tunnel haha

Haha that was great fun, i got a better quality vid but its sideways so its hurts your neck watching it
