HID'S 6000k or 8000k?

Another vote for 6000k, got them in mine and certainly wouldn't want them to be any more blue! sometimes wish I'd got 5000k

6k ive got 8k's in the R26 as i was sent the wrong size when i ordered them will be changing them soon ! they are too blue for my liking

I got 5000k's after having 8000k's for a while. I didn't think they were to blue, in fact they looked quite good! However they were crap in terms of light ouput (maybe because the 8000k's were cheap eBay jobbies!)

4300k is factory.

In that picture in daylight perhaps, but i think at night compared with other traffic id be inclined to say they are too blue

4300 will give you the best light, which is what they are there for after all...

8000k is chavtastic, i have 6000k in mine and find them 100 times better than the standard 4300!! theres a thread on here somwhere that explains the colour temperatures.... yes 4300k is the brightest and the same as daylight on paper but to the human eye 6000k is lighter.
