standard air box

i wanna put the standard airbox back in my car but the previous owner has drilled holes in the top part. Could i fill them with something or shall i try and find a replacement???

ive got a replacement part for the air box and OE panel filter so now i can get rid if the cone filter but i havent got the bolts to mount the base of the airbox into the car. any body know thread size and length????
