Catcams 423's best suited to at power itb's with a ktec gen90

As above ive found a set of cat cam\s (423 profile) with vernier pulleys and uprated valve springs would these be suited and improve on the performance of my itb'd engine ?

I saw these on ebay earlier too, so i done as everyone recommends on here and done a SEARCH engine needs to be forged as power from these come very late, so needs to rev higher, also you'll loose the vvt with these so not ideal for the road driving.

you can't run these with standard pistons due to the high lift at TDC
