How much? LY r27 front bumper respray

ok, so yesturday i had some c**t drive into my front bumper, just wandering how much to get it resprayed

damage isnt that bad, just annoying more than anything tbh!

I was looking to get it done anyways due to stone chips, but have to get it done now sooner

anyone got a rough guess?

for a decent job expect 250-300 per panel, but with LY they should blend it in to surrounding panels to get a decent colour match

It doesn't if the bodyshop knows what they are doing. We paint heavy pearls on a daily basis and we've never in my decade of being there blended wings whilst painting a bumper.

Having a good colour library is the most important thing.

If someone else is paying for it then fine but I wouldn't be paying to get a full front end respray for a bumper. Add into the fact more paint on your car is not a good thing

how many body shops are as good as yours though...

Ive seen LY V6 with just bumper sprayed- looked pony tony...

Granted. We were told by Sikkens that we have the best colour library in Britain. They don't know any other shops that stock so many spray cards. Bare in mind we kept every spray card we use on the car. I believe we have 8 for LY and funnily enough around 12 for Ford Ultimate Green.

It's all about the bodyshop as you say. The V6 is very straight at the front aswell so you'd be able to tell the difference. When we did Ian's V6 it was a full front end respray so colour wasn't as much of an issue.
