No mate, tbh they would have been no good for anything but my first session, wasn't wet enough for them after that.

Just ran round all day on worn out t1r tyres, quite good fun having that little grip.

Didn't get out with many clios, had a tear up with a 182 that was going really well and there was a silver and red 172 on another session but they were just pottering round.

My corsa was smoking like hell on over run early on where the bores are a bit worn, although i managed to minimise it a bit in the later sessions by running less vacuum on idle, but it went well all day despite that, really pleased with the recent changes I've made.

That silver one was probably me as it was my first time on track and was just getting the hang of it!

That silver one was probably me as it was my first time on track and was just getting the hang of it!

We all have to start somewhere mate and a wet trackday isnt the place to be a hero on your first go, so definately a good idea to ease yourself in gentley, plus unlike me you probably care a lot if you crash or not, lol

It's Porsche black grey

Youll have to have a passenger ride or drive sometime mate, sounds mental inside as the bodies are on the rear of the engine so much more audible inside the car than on something like a Clio

Great pics all and thanks for the pic of the Panda. Was a great day and some really comic moments at Quarry and some right muppetry on the track as well. was so glad I didn't book track time. Didn't think the Panda disgraced itself on the run home either. lol. Just the shame of not being able to overtake that Passatt estate but it was a 2.0TDi so torque does win prizes.

Fletcher must have gone a funny way for you to end up in front before the M27. It was a bit like the Hare(s) and the Tortoise LOL

LOL there is no way that'll come out with a polish dude! they're gouges not scratches...

i'm a valeter and i'm handy with a mop and compound and i know that's deffo a bodyshop trip.

taking her to visit a bodyshop tomorrow afternoon for a quote so hopefully in a few weeks she'll be back to her former glory!

plus i mopped her back during the week in preperation for the event and i wouldn't want to hit her too hard with the makita again.
