Not really its more common than you think. My ph1 has bubbles of rust appearing on the rear arch and that was far from neglected. It's only surface rust so nothing serious.

^ True dat. My 52 plate Flamer was starting to get a little bit of surface rust on the rear arches. It had only done 45k miles and was a very clean car.

I look after my car more than i do me and unfortunatly that has few rust bubbles on the rear arches, nothing major, shame though

I never had a hint of rust on the arches thank god - I was always worried about it coming back on the willy!

thats the 2nd clio now iv seen on ebay with them stickers the other is a flamer iirc
