no to fussed i think i would have specced it if i could have done at the time instead of the extra ram, but i never fully turn it off so start up times aren't important and for what i am using it for i dont think the fusion would make much difference to me

I can only think that they're selling that many base spec 21.5" models that they feel they're losing out by not offering the fusion as an option.

No as the screen on this generation is bonded so no easy job to open and if you do you have to replace the seal.

Possible but definitely not a job for the average techie.
