Can you read the ECU to see if it's got the original map ?

I got my 172 from a trader and I want to see if it's got the original map or not, can a specialist garage read the map ?

What dose it rev too ? U can check the ecu I'd on clip but it dose not always change with a map

What's the stock limiter set at ?

Once it's warm 7200 if its mapped with a rs tuner it would be around 7800
