WARNING LIGHT AND CLICKING.STALLING

hi guys

iv recently had the issue of the electric warning light showing and the clio juddering around and stalling. iv noticed that when i turn the car off i can hear a very fast ticking/clicking coming from the front right hand side of the engine

i think this is related to the electro fault?

what do you think?
