Steering position sensor issue

I have put a Sparco steering wheel on my clio and now I have a service light the traction control light and abs light on

i have put a diagnostic box on it and it cleared the abs light but the service and traction control light stays on

I've took the wheel back on and turned the (don't even know what it's called) what the cruise control and horn are built into... The lights had went out so took it a drive to only have them come back on 5mins later

tried doing the same again but now all three lights are back and not going off this time

i have the resistors in place of the airbag and have rewired/ rerouted the cruise control button on the steering wheel to another place and they work fine.

Any help would be great

cheers

You will have the wrong boss on the steering column which is designed to work on cars without the steering angle sensor.

I see... Am I able to disable the steering angle sensor atoll?

That's the part I'm talking about adjusting.

Nope, the SAS Input is a requirement of the ABS Module in order for it to run the ESP/TC program.

Without plugging it in I can't say for sure but if it is a boss issue then yes, the correct unit will fix it.
