As above , springs are an ideal upgrade for b14 coilovers as they allow you to lower the ride height and still have the same ride quality cheers dan

Ive fitted the valver alternator set up to my ph1 172 and i have no idea how to wire it up as ive been told i need an igntion live and a live fed from the fuse box to the exciter point ?
can anyone explain where to run the run to on the alternator and where from

also apart from pistons , cams , rods , new bearing+ =gaskets, 225 injectors and arp rod bolts what else is worth buying for a high comp engine rebuild ?
