Forged itb'd engine build parts list

Whats the best cams and pulleys to go for when building a forged high comp itb'd engine ?

also apart from pistons , cams , rods , new bearing+ =gaskets, 225 injectors and arp rod bolts what else is worth buying for a high comp engine rebuild ?

Id personally fit uprated valves.

some nice dirty cams, springs and headbolts new oil pump too while its apart

Its interesting you've raised this thread, il be itb'ing mine next month all being well, The full engine works will be done when it decides it needs one
