Seems a bit strange then, I cant think it would be anything else. Presumably the clutch is really heavy which is putting too much pressure on the clutch cable and is causing it to snap? Im at a loss to think what else it could be!

I had the same problem with my renault 19 valver. Im afraid the bad news is that it needs a new clutch = engine out job = expensive. I managed to get a few people to help me out, took ages and you need an engine hoist, all to save £500!

Just dont do what I did on a wet roundabout! Dont lose the front, the back steps out and sends you into a spin, regain control and avoid the oncoming traffic but then spin it back the other way into some railings :(. Did it on Sunday, hopefully have the new bumper on by this weekend though...

Not purposely, although the thought has crossed my mind. My hand has smacked into a few though as people drift across the road and squeeze you into a tight spot. I dont ride that often too and from work anymore though, only really for pleasure. But then morons in cars have smacked into my cars...

Before I got the clio, I tested the type r and a cooper s. I just wanted to confirm what others have said here. The type r felt really low on quality on the interior, wasnt as much fun to drive but the reason it was on my list was because it had a bit more room than both the clio and cooper...

Ive insured 3 cars all with Direct Line and used full NCD on all cars as they let me transfer it.

I think Ill try popping out the balls then!!
