    Neros any good on track?

Very good in the wet, people were actually coming to look what tyres I was using as I driving around them in the wet at Cadwell. I've got some Dunlop Direzzas for the dry.

    Track Tyre Size Combination

Aye, it'll be interesting to see how it differs in handling swapping the different sizes front to rear. I read it may cause the abs to go a little crazy, I guess a fuse removal may remedy this if it does cause me issues.

    Track Tyre Size Combination

Cheers for the reply. Ended up having to go for the 205/50's as the 195/50's were a different compound.

    Track Tyre Size Combination

I've got myself a set of Dunlop DZ03G track tyres which are all 195/55R15, two which are brand new, two which are past their best. It seems that the 195/55's are no longer available and I'm limited to a choice of 195/50, 205/50 or 215/50. Which would be best to pair up with the 195/55's? I've...

    Loosing rear end round track

Locking the rear wheels won't be helping! Surprisingly, I remember reading that in a certain scenario more brake bias to the rear prevents them locking.

    Key Reprogramming

Thanks Andy, I'm going to try soldering a new switch onto the board.

    Key Reprogramming

That was my original idea, I think I have found a new switch here http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/products/102399/ To replace the whole board seems much less hassle as my soldering skills are not brilliant. I found one for not much money here...

    Key Reprogramming

Hello I have a small problem with my key, the button stopped working. I opened it up and the tactile swtich has snapped off the board. I was wondering, if I was to buy a "virgin" key from ebay, could it be reprogrammed using the central door locking button resync method below? Cheers Phil...

Drilling out front disc torx bolts..

I managed to get mine off with a chisel. As a note, initially I was using a wood chisel for quite some time, two hits with a cold chisel and it budged it no problems.

    Lambda Safe Exhaust Silicone

User error is highly likely!! I've recently put new mounts at the back, but will check and probably replace the rest. I am pretty sure the K-tec part isn't genuine. What a waste of 25 quid. Cheers and thanks for the advice.

    Lambda Safe Exhaust Silicone

I've been trawling the internet for hours and I am struggling to find what I am after. I recently changed my cat to manifold fitting kit, but it is still blowing. It was a K-tec kit so assume quality won't be an issue. I guess there is an issue with either the manifold or cat. Because I'm...

    K-Tec 182 Exhuast Fitment

Thanks Dablk I spoke to K-Tec and there is no special fitting kit from the CAT to center exhaust section. I'm going to take another look in my lunch hour as to where it is blowing from. I guess if it is from where I think it is probably the CAT blowing. Phil

    K-Tec 182 Exhuast Fitment

BTTT. I messaged West Renault but didn't hear back, I suspect I am being a bit of a numpty. I've never done any work fitting an exhaust before. Can someone confirm if this cat to manifold kit is also for the cat to center section pipe? Cheers Phil

    K-Tec 182 Exhuast Fitment

Thanks Scooby I think the exhaust is a cat back one, and appears to be blowing where the cat joins to the exhaust. It surprises me the kit is for the other side of the cat.
