Aye, it'll be interesting to see how it differs in handling swapping the different sizes front to rear. I read it may cause the abs to go a little crazy, I guess a fuse removal may remedy this if it does cause me issues.

Locking the rear wheels won't be helping! Surprisingly, I remember reading that in a certain scenario more brake bias to the rear prevents them locking.

Hello I have a small problem with my key, the button stopped working. I opened it up and the tactile swtich has snapped off the board. I was wondering, if I was to buy a "virgin" key from ebay, could it be reprogrammed using the central door locking button resync method below? Cheers Phil...

I managed to get mine off with a chisel. As a note, initially I was using a wood chisel for quite some time, two hits with a cold chisel and it budged it no problems.

User error is highly likely!! I've recently put new mounts at the back, but will check and probably replace the rest. I am pretty sure the K-tec part isn't genuine. What a waste of 25 quid. Cheers and thanks for the advice.

Thanks Dablk I spoke to K-Tec and there is no special fitting kit from the CAT to center exhaust section. I'm going to take another look in my lunch hour as to where it is blowing from. I guess if it is from where I think it is probably the CAT blowing. Phil

BTTT. I messaged West Renault but didn't hear back, I suspect I am being a bit of a numpty. I've never done any work fitting an exhaust before. Can someone confirm if this cat to manifold kit is also for the cat to center section pipe? Cheers Phil

Thanks Scooby I think the exhaust is a cat back one, and appears to be blowing where the cat joins to the exhaust. It surprises me the kit is for the other side of the cat.
