Mine didn't throw a code when an injector went but did show as having a faulty cat.

Turbo pipe slightest bit loose and it would whistle but you'd notice it being down on boost aswell.

Iv never heard of a car called Sport Induction in my life. Si meant single injection on some older fords but nowadays every car is injection and the letters just mean whatever trim it is.
