at the front of my bumper there are black plastic cover but wen i hit the front bumper these all smashed up to i got a 1.4 rt l reg do i need to replace these asap or dont bearing in mind i want to get some new 15 inch alloys and lower it bout 35mm?? wot do u rekon, where can i get this from...

i now alot of people will probably think its not worth it i got a 1.4 rt mk1 phase 1 and the brakes are sh*te on them. i am gonna upgrade the front ones to 16v brakes and get some good qualitydisks and pads, and maybe some braided hoses, how hard is this to do?? and if i get braided hoes...
