Been and bought track rod ends as they needed doing, but I can't get the locking nut off!? Any help quickly please??

Just noticed on my last MOT that both track rod ends have play in so could this be why? Are they hard to change?

Yesterday and today, when my cars on full lock to the left at low speed, e.g. reversing into a space, there is a griding-humming noise from the front left side but its only when on full lock. Any ideas as to what it is? Thanks in advance.

Mine used to do this, I changed the starter to a 2nd hand one and it done this a few times. I just removed the connector on the front of the start cleaned it up and pushed it back on fully and its started ever since :)

Posted earlier about wanting 172/182 side skirts but been looking around and people are saying you can get replica ones? Any ideas as to where i can get these from? Thanks in advance

Hi, Got a quick question might seem stupid but.. I've got a standard Mk2 Clio, I want side skirts like those off Clio 172/182's but was told I'd need new wings and bumper? Can't I just get the side skirts from somewhere? Thanks, Kieran

Hi, went to fill my car up at the petrol station the other day and filled it till the pump stopped and wouldn't let me put anymore in. When i got in my car and drove home (a few minute drive) it only shows 3/4 of a tank? its done this twice now. Anyone know if somethings gone or what to do? Thanks.

Hi, mentioned that I had an annoying squeak on the left side of my car thought it was wheel/suspension related. My mate sat in the passenger seat tonight and I noticed it didn't squeak? Any ideas as to what it is?

No idea mate, i'll check the pads tomorrow hopefully it's them!

Not just turning, can be driving down a straight road and it'll be squeaking

I had a wheel bearing go and it's nothing like that? best thing for ball joint?
