The stock large clips on the boots always seem to break, dumping the gease when they do. I'd change it for a jubilee clip while you're fitting the new one.

I know someone that dropped his car into the dealers for a service and MOT, he got flashed by a speed camera while it was there!

Ok. Not sure what's going on, you can hear the 'click' when you press the A/C button, had it recharged last summer but no cold air.

Mine's also doing something like that and whines a bit. The A/C isn't working despite it being charged and I'm thinking A/C pump.

Excellent, thanks. From what I've read on spring rates the 182 cup springs are 30% stiffer on the front, rear 10%. The roads I drive on are terrible and have seen some 172 springs for next to nothing (I have 182 ff) and was thinking about swapping them.

No one knows?

One for the shock gurus, will stanadrd 172 springs fit on 182 cup shocks? Obviously they are softer, will they ride any higher/lower?

You mean the arm? If it's been on there a while it probably won't come off without a fight and the plastic ends up breaking away from the metal sleeve that goes on the shaft. I ended up cutting mine off with my Dremel and a cutting blade.

My Miltek has more of a deeper burble to it, centre silencer included but no cat.

Check connectors. If the airbag is plugged in the light should go off.
