Yeah I know that's why I want to try and avoid them, I'm sure a couple of people on here have got std exhausts elsewhere though!?

Apart from Renault, have tried GSF and Europarts but no joy, Kwik Fit are no help either, has anyone ever got one elsewhere? Don't want stainless as I'm getting rid soon so want it std. Cheers!!

I've got a dog bone mount (PH 2) with K Tec uprated bushes for sale if anyone's interested??

Just had a look on Eurocarparts website, nothing coming up for a 172 exhaust, will give then a buzz in the morning. You have to drop the subframe to fit them dont you???
