Well I've put a wire into no. 1 and 5 in the plug and the heater works on full so I'm guessing it is the resistor pack that has gone?

Also is there a fuse under the bonnet for fan?

Well I've taken the plug and resistor out tonight and ran a hairdryer over resistor to see if it was damp and still doesn't work. Anybody got any ideas please as I'm running out now?

Well my mk2 Clio 1.4 16v has been developing a fault recently. It's done it 3 times now in last few months. Basically you'll turn it over to start and it will turn over 3-4 times then cut out. The first time it done this I thought it might have been a dodgy battery so replaced it. Worked fine...

Ok just done a bit more research and if I put my hand down beside the spare wheel my finger tips are a bit wet. So I'd be hazarding a guess that it's probably to do with the rear grommets etc the usual case Has anyone please got pics of what I'd be looking at please?
