Cracking cars - inderrated due to image problems. Beautiful balance but let down by lack of power. Had a phantom electric supercharger kit in mine which was absolutely kick ass. Kept mine 3 1/2 years and nothing broke despite track days/drift days and daily duties
How the hell does one go about test driving a 220 or even a 200 edc?
made several enquires with dealers locally to me and no joy. 220 demos on order and maybe a few months ago. 200's are very rare as a dealer.
It almost feels renault are doing their best to shoot themselves in the foot on...
Had the same exp as above. Off to work (aftermarket steering wheel). Heavy smoke and noise from the horn. Pulled over and switched engine off. Shorted/melted horn wiring. Lucky no flames. Also surprised the horn fuse didn't do its job.
Nankang ns r2 medium. I have a set to go on in feb then trackday at oulton. Seems a good compromise between daily commute and few track days. At 50 quid a corner its worth a try. On a stripped cup it might be fine. Will let you know how i get on.
installed "fatty's" kit today, first impressions, love the warble coming from it.
Great sound and subjectively seems faster and throttle repsonse is good. Very happy for the price!
Thanks dude
Ive been running one in my daily drive, not the clio (as part of my phantom supercharger setup) and its been good so far.
I guess you couldnt leave the car standing for ages like with a regular battery (e.g holidays) so consider a disconnect for those periods/solar/trickle charger?
Some peeps...
Hi guys, sorry if posting a Q that has been asked before. I wanted to put some winter tyres on the standard spare 15" wheel on the cup. I have 195/50/15. Does anyone know if this would fit or is it too wide? There is 195/50/15 already on it?
thanks
