Im getting a pc for Christmas (thanks 182blue!) and I was going to do these steps:-

AG Extra Gloss Protection
How would I be getting on with that lot?

I used halfords 5w-40 fully synthetic in my ITR for a year, changing it at 6k/6 months. It had a seriously hard life (9k rpm everywhere!!) and at the end of the year it ran as smooth and quiet as when I got the car.

Ive heard this to be quite common on 182's cos in the factory they didnt lube the faces before fitting the wheels (saving money!)
You can shift them by slackening the bolts off then lowering the car back down. This should cause the wheel to twist slightly and so release it. Hope it works for...
