Probably squeaky brakes
How old/new are the pads and discs?
What make of pads are they? (Renault? Tarox? Brembo? etc.)

On my car I've replaced the discs, pads, calipers and carriers, wheels bearings, new fluids... still squeaking! Given up now, just turn the music up.
If they are old pads, the brake material may have worn away so much that the metal backing plates are now rubbing against the disks.
You need to inspect them and take a picture (and post it here).
When I get chance I will do
Lol I can't help but laugh at this and I know I shouldn't.
But if the car is stationary, the brakes won't squeak, as they aren't doing anything.

Really cheap nasty pads
Race pads that are noisy anyway
A lip on the disc and the pads are catching on it when they are engaging
A foreign object stuck between the disc and pad
But if the car is stationary, the brakes won't squeak, as they aren't doing anything.
