I bought these pads as spares a while back.

Any pad with a GG friction rating will be good on the road. I used the ATE ones on AUTODOC for a fair few trackdays and they were fine for 20 min sessions, no fade and good pedal. They were an excellent road pad!

I've found brembo discs are about the best. I use the cheap Brembos without the additional bell venting on my track car and they work fine.

Also if you've got a cup it is worth checking the rear brake compensator. I've just replaced mine and it made a massive difference. I couldn't believe how much more powerful and balanced the brakes felt after.

Rear brakes have new pads and refurbed calipers along with new handbrake cables and compensator checked. I could feel the difference as soon as this work was done.

Had Brembo discs up front on my last overhaul. Standard OEM ones on the rear.

Found that the Brembos tend not to get much in the way of surface rust when the car has been parked after rain also.
