Currently playing through Super Woden Rally Edge.

This was released recently for a few quid and am utterly blown away with how good it is. It’s not a huge game but it’s one that is easy to pick up and play. The car selection is awesome too!

A Clio is there along with a whole host of other cars including group b. Hillclimb and 80’s Dakar cars.

This would be perfect for a steamdeck or other handheld.



I’ve got Super Woden GP2 to play once I’ve finished this.

Anyone else playing? I’ve finished it now was only a short game but worth the few quid it cost. It’s also coming to consoles this summer.

This looks similar to Art of Rally which is a great game.

Think I tried the GP 2 one a couple weeks ago but wasn't too keen on the view. Rally one with the chase cam looks better tbf.

Had to hold the C button (?) at the start of each race to zoom out as far as the game would let me.

Definitely revolves around learning the upcoming corners, ideally without looking at the mini map. I have found some yellow rated corners to be just as harsh as red ones, imo.

Nabbed two of the three achievements in the demo, the 2nd being tougher.

The last one to do all stages under 7mins must take some doing. I'm nowhere near that.

Didn’t realise the demo was just the rally stages, I thought it’d let you have a go at the circuits too? Unless I missed something?

Just 8 stages I think? The Stratos type car was the best for me overall.
