    steering wheel

Been done. Tom @ JMS was running one in his 1*2 when I looked at the RS intake. You need to do some work on the back of the MK3 wheel to stop it catching on the trim I believe but nothing horrendous. Biggest issue is the cost of the MK3 wheel.

Hydraulic press needed to remove stock dogbone mounts?

Press is not required. Removed my old bushes using a vice along with a couple of large sockets for the small bush and a big hammer for the large one.

    17's on a Clio 1. Look s**t 2. Heavier (unless you spend ££££) 3. Tyres cost £££ 4. Slower acceleration 5. Harsh ride

    182 dogbone mount question

As per the pic above that raised lip is part of the bush and gets removed. I just bent it in on itself and it fell out of the hole. Beaten to it...lol

All Inferno 182's on the Forum

    Recaro Trendlines For Small People

You must be the first person ever to complain the seating position in a 1*2 is too low. As for resistors yes 3.3 ohm will sort the lights. There are three wires. Leave the black one and brige the other two with the resistor. (I think)

How do you remove the foglight surrounds?

No need to remove the surround. Inner arch liner off then fog lamp unbolts from the rear.

    Removing headlight washer jets

Bumper off one bolt per washer jet. Just block the pipes from the washer bottle on the inner N/S wing. I assume you are aware it's an MOT fail to have Xenons without washers. (If the tester is feeling super efficient)

    Recaro treadlines

They are no better or worse than standard seats as far as comfort but IMO look 1000% better. If you are looking for something with more support your money is better spent elsewhere. I'm no slim jim at 5'11 and 12.5st but still find myself moving around in the seat in tight corners.

    bonnet alarm switch

I had to take mine off when I removed the bumper (was the most difficult part of the job). Could just have been lost/broken at some point when the bumper has been removed for belts etc and not replaced. Not aware of any known faults with them.

What model out of interest. I know the models with flip out screen are poor as far as the amount they stick out.

    Aftermarket Head Units

My Alpine fits very well. One of the reasons I picked it over a Pioneer unit. The Pioneer I looked at stuck out about 10mm and looked shocking.

    RS Tuner

This was covered recently on a similar thread. As explained by Henk at the time there is a huge lead time on the parts required to make the kits and as a result he is unable to produce the units in a large volume. On the FastChip site you can leave an E-Mail address and he will mail you when he...

Dog Bone Mount Done but still knocking slightly?

Are you sure your new exhaust is fitted correctly. The RS192 is difficult to fit and align correctly so may well be hitting something when you come off the throttle under heavy load. And you can't tighten the baffles.

    Headlamp washers fitting help

Not difficult to do. Four bolts few screws and a couple of clips. Mine is lowered on sportline springs and I managed it on my drive.
