Been done. Tom @ JMS was running one in his 1*2 when I looked at the RS intake. You need to do some work on the back of the MK3 wheel to stop it catching on the trim I believe but nothing horrendous. Biggest issue is the cost of the MK3 wheel.
OK only 20 minutes away so will try to pop along but depends very much on the wife/kids.

You must be the first person ever to complain the seating position in a 1*2 is too low.
As for resistors yes 3.3 ohm will sort the lights. There are three wires. Leave the black one and brige the other two with the resistor. (I think)
Bumper off one bolt per washer jet. Just block the pipes from the washer bottle on the inner N/S wing.
I assume you are aware it's an MOT fail to have Xenons without washers. (If the tester is feeling super efficient)
They are no better or worse than standard seats as far as comfort but IMO look 1000% better.
If you are looking for something with more support your money is better spent elsewhere.
I'm no slim jim at 5'11 and 12.5st but still find myself moving around in the seat in tight corners.
I had to take mine off when I removed the bumper (was the most difficult part of the job).
Could just have been lost/broken at some point when the bumper has been removed for belts etc and not replaced. Not aware of any known faults with them.

Are you sure your new exhaust is fitted correctly. The RS192 is difficult to fit and align correctly so may well be hitting something when you come off the throttle under heavy load.
And you can't tighten the baffles.
