Getting close now. I'm sailing from Dover on Thursday morning. On the 05:55 crossing. :S
Will be in my mates mk2 FRS in ultimate green with an orange CS sticker in the back window so give us a wave if you see us.
Will be camping in the pistonheads private camp on Bleu Nord. Are there plans...
I'm 5'11 and have to have my Trendline seat all the way back to drive comfortably. I also have the back rest in a pretty upright position.
With my seat set like that the back of my seat is almost touching the rear bench.
Hope this helps.
Mine lives on a table in the lounge and is used every day for web browsing, e-mail and the odd game. When not is use makes a nice photo frame.
You will be amazed just how much you use it when it's just sat there ready and waiting to go in an instant.
My macbook never leaves the home office now.
My copy from play has also failed to arrive. In the past they have been pretty good often getting stuff delivered a day or two before release date.
I believe they were one of the big companies that got into trouble for sending out COD MW2 early. Not had a game before release from them since.
As many have said before the Recaro's do look the absolute nuts but in my experience are no more supportive than the standard sport seats.
I wouldn't go back to standard though. Worth the ££ for the exclusivity IMO.
Small fan for the climate control sensor is located next to the interior light. They are known to get noisy. There are a few solutions posted if you have a search.
If it's out of warranty easy to fix yourself. Few machine screws, washers and thermal paste. Think it cost me about £10 to do mine. Loads of info on the web. Even videos on YouTube.
Common problem. Springs used to hold the heat sink on are not strong enough and cause the thermal paste to lose...
Gear change corner overlap = crash.
Glad nobody was hurt.
Should have grabbed a pic of his damage for your records. Not unheard of for damage to get worse between crash and insurance inspection.
