yeah the man has a point!
the difference between figures is important not the actual figures
also the peak figures mean nothing, look at ho early the powerband kicks in now. its almost a flatline power graph!!!
if u want to start comparing actual figures you need a before and after...
thats what i wanted to hear :D
i got a set of valver wheels for my MR2 (bizarre as it may sound lol)
thing is they are tyreless, and so i need to test a set of wheels on first to check for scrubbage, etc
a mate has an R5 and so knowing that the wheels are essentially the same i can now test...
i know of a kitted valver owned by a amte of mine, he sold for about £3.8k with 72k on the clock and in need of a cambelt change.
the problem you have is that your car is near-enuff standard, so you are most likely to sell to an enthusiast like the peeps on here, his was kitted so it appealed...
as above...
does any1 know if the valver has the same offset as the R5 GTT (the R5 in question is a turbo raider btw)
am i right in thinking they both have +36mm offsets?
thanks for help

i think the tax/insurance checking cameras are a great idea!!
too many freeloaders without insurance and tax in this country, and they deserve to get punished for it!
at least this is amking money off people who deserve it, whereas speed cameras are just stupid! for a start they cant take...
lol ah right, thats the day when i gave him all the clues :P
i told him "mid-engined, rear wheel drive, 2 seater" which is exactly what MR2 stands for, and he still cudnt guess :P
so thats how you know what cars were all geting eh ben, you ask ppl on here :P
and im glad you find it so funny :P im sure youll be smiling all the way to the garage when we race :D
i bought all my cars myself, so far ive had a mk2 escort, pug 106, and now onto a mk1 MR2 (hmm why am i a member on a clio forum again? lol)
in fact, my parents who have bought both my previous cars off me still havent paid for either of them! lol
and i just turned 19 today :D
so i guess...
be warned that 90% of the finish is the preparation!
if u dont get the prep perfect then all those little imperfections you left which u cudnt see will show up really niely once the paint goes on :P
you have been warned :D
i think it looks wicked now with the small wheels and that kit!!! i saw it a month or so back before the bumpers had gone on, and i thought the wheels looked odd, then he lowered it and they looked better, now they look perfect!!! makes the car look bigger, plus think of the acceleration...
they looked so cool tho!! i want a set, but i dont have the car yet :s, maybe i shud concentrate on gettin my 16v first! i should have it in a month tho :D cant wait
went to pgac yesterday, and saw a clio 16v (think it was williams 2) on the cliosport stand, and it had 2 round tailights!! it was next to the tent, down the side.
i just wondered what tailights they were? if anybody knows! they looked amazing :D
