Hi,
What is the way to use mechanical lifters on F4R engine? We are deciding to use 300+ degrees of cams on the engine. Some companies sell adjustable lifters but the problem is to adjust the lifter because valve cover holds the cam so if we remove the valve cover cams get loose. The only idea...
mine have c&b and pressure isn't stable on idle, also some lifters worn, but average is 450mbars. 400-450 mbars are ok for std engines, but some cam'ed engines will see 600mbars at idle.
If others can tell their pressures we can make an avarage.

No it is not fair because if you want to reprogram one of these 2 cars you need to buy the third license! When we want to remap my mates car the unlock code that we use is now INCORRECT so 2 car 2 license rule not works in real life. I have send you the VIN numbers unlock codes but still we got...
First you need to connect the VCI to your car and it gives a VCI code, then go to the fastchip.nl and buy a unlock code. When you are buying an unlock code also add the map you want to your shopping chart. Unlock code will be send you via mail and a download link for the map.
after you use it...
Yesterday we done a short trip with his new c&b'ed 182, and it is awesome. There is no stal at idle and the car is pulling well. I coudnt see any map for c&b'ed 182 on Henks site. İzo will put his wideband this week or so, after that we will talk to Henk. Thank's all for your replys
14,7 for crusing or idle, 13,5 to 12,5 will be safe and fine for performance use
Henk can you explain how can we go over %100 of the duty cycle?
is %100 duty means all the time open injectors or what?
We saw %108 duty cycle with rstuner on a stock engine :dead: it seems it is not correct. If you still want to change the injector there is some helpfull information below:
0280160575 it is a bosch 4bar fuel pressure regulator.
8200211099 this is the 225 meggy injector part number. 390cc(std...
it is a belt driven pulley thats attached to the inlet camshaft, go to a renault dealer.
You need to change the timing belt, pulley and the tensioner at the same time, i think it will costs you 300£.
I had explaned you that why you loose power! Optimum shift point for your car is 7200-7500, dont try to get power over 7500rpm. If you want to be a looser or want to blow your engine dont listen what people are saying and rev like a bike with your car! You can easily hurt your tappets and con...
I think problem isn't inside the box. I guess they removed the linkage and someone play with the gear stick and then they attach the linkage.
First of all put he gear stick to natural and try to move the gear selectors on the box. It will be hard to move. If you can move then equalize the...
If you remove the clip or put it to the end of the throttle side your throttle wont be WOT. Adjust the clip kickdown the pedal and check if the throttle WOT or not. I was runnig %76 throttle for a long time because of this!
So it is not for pedal adjustment, it is used to adjust WOT
