Dare I say driver training ? Seriously a car limits day or instruction at a track day is going to be worth more in the long run than a few bolt on goodies and hey you'll notice the extra power / handling even more when you do modify you're car :)
I have just been looking in the guide on which model has what and I see the 182 Cup is the same as mine. But did the Cup come with air con ? Can't find ref to this. My Cup has A/C but did they all ? Sorry for the numpty question but I'm new ish to the later Clio's :)
One is rusty, one isn't ;) seriously though if the journals are the same and its the same stroke then you should be able to use either, have you weighed them both ? the non rusty one looks as though its lighter ?
Wheels looked all wrong but other than that from a distance it looked like a V6, going over the docks this afternoon between 2 and 3 pm, the 182 was near the docks somewhere - sorry don't know the area that well, blue 182 :D
A470 Down to Rhayader then down to Brecon -Brynmawr -Crumlin - Risca - Newport so the other side of the Brecons, beautiful down there and great roads :)
I was back home Sunday eve so wasn't me, my Dad had a Naples red 16v last year, great colour for that car :)
Not sure if it was the Pen y Pas but I was tempted, the speed limiter in the passenger seat would have minded though ;)
And James F - Great place to stay, loved Caernarfon you are...
SPG in Warrington, very good garage and bodyshop. Graham and Sue run this and they are brilliant at what they do. Having worked within the motor trade for too many years I care to remember they are one of the few garages I would reccomend

Very good at what he does. Very good feedback from the NORLOG forum as a lot of the Lotus owners use him and he is a true enthusiast,

Me fiddling with the Caterham before taking the next customer for a fast lap and Ben walking towards me
I was driving for Mike and Ben, not done it this last 12 months because of other things going on but there can't be 2 172 Cups that tow Atoms ! I did one day last year at Prodrive for Drivers Dream Days but I only took the car and helped putting the clients in that time with the Atom3, the one...
If I could own another Williams like my last one I would jump at the chance. I have a 182 Cup now and yes the 182 is a better car overall but its ten years newer !! For me and many others who had just started driving in the 90's the Willy was the ultimate Renault and will be a classic more so...
The Bosal version is the one that comes under the bumper with the electrics hidden, Mikes one is the one that looks like the c**k and balls version with the electrics on the outside
