Cheers for your help with give this a go. If this isn't the case is there any sensors that could be causing this problem?

Where could this be coming from?

Recently when turning the ignition on the car has started revving like mad up to between 2.5-3k revs without touching anything. I was advised by a mate it was the throttle housing so we took the airbox out and gave the throttle housing a wash out with wd40 but it had no effect. Any other ideas...

Yeah it's not running properly atal. Seem to be idling funny and overfuelling

Plugged the car into the reader and this was the fault code - P1300 .. 02 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 1, sensor 1). I've been informed that this is the lambda sensor. Is there any way of knowing which one needs changed or is it just guesswork?

I did have a look but all the rest have had the ABS light on aswel whereas mines isn't coming on so I'm guessing its a different fault

Also the "speed limiter abd cruise control indicator light" comes on when breaking whilst "set----" comes up on the main dash asif cruise control is stuck on or something?
