SERV & Traction Control lights both on

When I turn the ignition on both the SERV & Traction Control lights come on and the car starts revving up to between 2.5 -3k.. any ideas? Also a bit of a rattling noise when driving the car

Also the "speed limiter abd cruise control indicator light" comes on when breaking whilst "set----" comes up on the main dash asif cruise control is stuck on or something?

I did have a look but all the rest have had the ABS light on aswel whereas mines isn't coming on so I'm guessing its a different fault

Most likely the brake pedal switch.
