Take it to a Renault specialist who will use Clip software to tell you exactly what is wrong.

I have never used them but heard very good things about them.

Tough one mate. I personally would ask for my money back and don’t bother asking for them to re-done. If they don’t pay up I think you need to cut your losses and go somewhere else and put it down to a learning curve. Where are you from?

The £21 mats are just as good quality and a great cheaper option - get them bought before they disappear or the price goes up.

The original original ones were mate but knew design is a 4 piece set as per the photos above.

This is a great car and to be honest it is very well priced and not to expensive at all.
