Also modified the pedals slightly.
Used a vice to bend all 3 pedals to...

Quick question tho, for the heated screen what amp switch did you use?
I am making my own panel at the moment and must confess it was heavily influenced by your design. :)

Welded up a few glory holes in the fire wall.

Sell! It's not worth keeping car that needs so much work on the road and not use it. Cars need moving. It will get progressively worse. Sell now. Use money for the baby. Buy another later on.

Thank you for that! Yeah I looked at the blue book prior posting this and apart from 3mm steel 5mm alloy they say nothing regarding the side mounts. The bolts I will be using are 12.9 high tensile as well as welded OMP rails. So everything should be as strong as. Just wanted to know what was...
Hi Guys. I have a pair of this side mounts from my other car. Made from 5mm aluminium. Will they be ok to use for MSA events?? Or I need to buy something else? I bought specific corbeau mounts but they are to wide at the bottom to fit the seat as far back as I want and to clear the cage with out...
Finally 38mm tube arrived this week so I could finish the cage.
notched
Also had some 40x40mm square tube left so made this:
To fit in to this:
So now it sits like this :) still need to give them a quick coat of hamerlite.
Also disassembled front suspension. Some parts will be sand...
Few more updates from this week/weekend.
New corbeau seat got delivered. BUT! Stupid me made rails for the old seat which was XL. This one is standard.. catch my drift? So new rails had to be cut off and new OPM bolted rails on order [emoji850]and yes I have tried reposition/modify the existing...
yes i think you are right. got it chopped out already! + all the other plugs lol. figured if i dont know what they connect to, it must not be needed. Because RACE car ha ha
Hmm thanks but not 100% that's the one (green) it's too short. It's actually connected to plug 1 (black) directly with 2 wires and located too close to fuse box/UCH.
